JNIBM is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India for its course.
The institute admits students to its postgraduate level course in the discipline of management – Master of Business Administration (MBA). It is a two-year full time programme.

Marketing
Students enrolled in the MBA in Marketing program graduate with advanced skills in branding, digital marketing, consumer behaviour, market research, and strategic planning. In order to succeed in cutthroat markets, this program develops critical thinking, creativity, and leadership abilities. Graduates are equipped for dynamic positions in product management, sales, advertising, and international marketing tactics.
Finance
Comprehensive understanding of corporate finance, international finance, risk management, investment analysis, and financial management is offered by the MBA in Finance program. Graduates are equipped for leadership positions in corporate finance and financial planning, banking, investments, and financial consulting.
HR
Talent management, organisational behaviour, employee relations, recruitment, and training tactics are the main topics of the human resources program. It cultivates the interpersonal and leadership abilities necessary to create thriving workplace cultures. Graduates can pursue careers in workforce development, consulting, and HR management, as well as effectively manage HR functions and propel organisational growth.
System and Other Multiple Electives
Systems places a strong emphasis on enterprise solutions, data analytics, IT management, and technology integration to streamline business operations. Additionally, a variety of electives enable students to focus on topics such as international business, entrepreneurship, operations, and more. This program produces flexible professionals who can innovate and adapt to a variety of industries and fast-paced work settings.
